How Can severe Internal Hemorrhoid Be Treated?

Hello Im a 21 years old male and I discovered that I have internal hemorrhoid, Im not sure if I had them before because I didnt had blood in the toilet pepper since now or pain, but i think there were there before because they get like 1 cm out while I go in the bath. I have even stomach noises is it because of hemorrhoids? I repet since now I have never bleed or kind of pain in rectum. Sorry for the english because its not my first languange :) Thank you !

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
If you can notice that hemorhhoids protrude ofr 1cm then this is 4 grade of hemorrhoids and the best solution for this type is rubber band ligation or surgical excision. All other methods are less invasive but also mch less efficient and these are permanent solutions. YOu should see surgeon-proctologist. Antihemorrhidal creams and sitz naths may relieve pain but wont be efficient against the disorder itself.
